We are offering a special ROH rate for the runners, volunteers and accompanying family members at $160.00 plus taxes based on single or double occupancy

The extra person charge will remain at $20.00 plus taxes per extra person with a maximum of 4 guests in our Queen rooms.
Special Event Cancellation Policy in effect for all bookings:
Full payment will be processed at the time of booking. Our Cancellation Policy allows a 100% refund, minus an administration fee if $25.00 plus GST for cancellations up to 8 days prior to arrival. If cancelled less than 8 days prior to your scheduled arrival date (cut off is 4pm), there will be no refund.
