How to Register Your Team

Ready to run? Here’s how to get your team set up and registered!

REGISTER HERE

1 – Team Captain Registration

  • Select your sub-event (260 km / 9-Person / 6-Person Relay).

  • Enter your personal information.

  • Choose Create New Team when prompted.

  • Enter your team name (fun team name or club name).

  • Create a team code (share this with your teammates).

  • Select which leg you plan to run.

  • Complete your own registration and payment — this secures your team’s spot.

  • Share your team name, team code, and registration link with your teammates so they can join.

2 – Team Member Registration

  • Click Join a Team on the registration page.

  • Select your team name from the dropdown or by using the search box.

  • Enter the team code provided by your captain.

  • Register under the same sub-event as your team.

  • Pay your individual entry fee (pricing is per team member).

Notes & Tips

  • Each runner must complete their own registration and waiver.

  • Team captains can log into RaceRoster anytime to view or manage teammates.

  • Roster or leg changes can be made until the posted registration deadline.
